Counsellor & Supervisor, MBACP (accreditation)
I am Paramjeet Kaur, an experienced person-centred counsellor and integrative supervisor, fully accredited with over 20 years’ experience. I work with several approaches which over the years have helped clients on their journey towards personal growth and positive change.
Throughout my practice, I have worked with a large number of clients with a wide range of issues from anxiety, depression, substance misuse, relationship issues etc. I offer counselling and supervision in both English and Punjabi languages.
Past and Current Work
I have specialised in counselling students and staff in University settings. I provide clinical supervision to wellbeing teams and psychotherapists who work with vulnerable clients. I also work with charities.
I have a huge passion for humanitarian initiatives and have worked with charitable organisations including Khalsa Aid offering art therapy to children.
About 20 years ago, I chose the career of counselling which was the best move I ever made, I truly love my role in helping people make changes which can transform their lives. Like a jigsaw, guiding my clients to piece together the many conflicting parts of themselves and seeing them begin to feel whole again.
Taking the first steps towards engaging in therapy can be a huge transition. I believe with the right therapy you can unlock your true potential and find a healthier and happier life!
